How long will it take?
This program will take 12 months to complete (2 semesters).
How much time will I commit?
Participation includes industry involvement. Students will be required to negotiate with their Program Co-ordinator about relevant industry experience.
This course is programmed Monday to Friday, and will include some evening classes while studying the restaurant and bar units. The course comprises both theory and practical study as well as assignment and project work.
How much will it cost?
Full Fee: $16,000 AUD ($8,000 per semester)
An annual administration fee may be included in the cost of this course – this will be detailed on your enrolment form.

- Management : Theory & Practice (3rd Edition) - $72
- Legal Aspects of your Small Business - $41.50
There may be an additional 4 or 5 textbooks required to meet individual unit requirements at approximately $30 each.
