What will I get out of this program?
Students who successfully complete this diploma will obtain the in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the management and maintenance of complex ICT systems. You will study hardware and software faults, network operating system configurations, data communication configuration, design of network systems, installation of operating systems, multi-user systems and network diagnostics, the maintenance and testing of computer systems and networks as well as the configuration of switches and routers.

What can I study after this?
Upon completion of the Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Administration), students who have applied for the Dual QUT or Griffith award through QTAC will receive automatic entry to the Bachelor of Information Technology at QUT or Griffith University. Students must complete the Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Administration) through BNIT in 12 months to receive entry to QUT/Griffith.
