In this qualification, students will obtain sound knowledge and practical skills necessary to work across a broad spectrum of web development areas. They will study basic computer concepts, programming languages, internet technologies, web and program design, database driven website development and Ecommerce.

What can I study after this?
Upon completion of the Diploma of Information Technology (Website Development), students who have applied for the Dual QUT or Griffith award through QTAC will receive automatic entry to the Bachelor of Information Technology at QUT or Griffith University. Students must complete the Diploma of Information Technology (Website Development) through BNIT in 12 months to receive entry to QUT/Griffith.
